Ms. S. Divyadharshini is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 Tamil Nadu cadre, securing All India Rank 1 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination - 2010. She holds a Masters in Public Policy and a BA BL (Hons) degree. She has briefly worked at the State Bank of India. Ms. Divyadharshini, who entered service as an Assistant Collector of Coimbatore, has also in the past held the posts of Sub-Collector of Mayiladuthurai, Regional Deputy Commissioner and Joint Commissioner in Greater Chennai Corporation (GCC), Deputy Home Secretary and Secretary, Public Works Department besides serving as the first Collector of Ranipet District and later as the Collector of Trichy and Dharmapuri districts.
Currently, she leverages her expertise as the Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Corporation for Development of Women Limited and as Chief Executive Officer of the Tamil Nadu Rural Transformation Project, where she leads the SHG enterprising movement. Mr. Gagandeep Singh Bedi is an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 1993 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronic Communications and began his career as a lecturer before joining the Indian Engineering Services and later the IAS.
Mr. Bedi has held several significant positions throughout his career. He served as the district collector of Kanyakumari and Cuddalore, where he gained recognition for his effective crisis management during natural disasters such as the 2004 Tsunami. He was India’s key climate negotiator for several years and was involved with climate change policy making in India in the run up to and after the Paris Agreement during 2007-2017.
