Ms. S Divyadharshini

Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Corporation for Development of Women & Chief Executive Officer, Tamil Nadu Rural Transformation Project / Tamil Nadu State Rural Livelihoods Mission

Ms. S. Divyadharshini is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 Tamil Nadu cadre, securing All India Rank 1 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination - 2010. She holds a Masters in Public Policy and a BA BL (Hons) degree. She has briefly worked at the State Bank of India. Ms. Divyadharshini, who entered service as an Assistant Collector of Coimbatore, has also in the past held the posts of Sub-Collector of Mayiladuthurai, Regional Deputy Commissioner and Joint Commissioner in Greater Chennai Corporation (GCC), Deputy Home Secretary and Secretary, Public Works Department besides serving as the first Collector of Ranipet District and later as the Collector of Trichy and Dharmapuri districts.

Currently, she leverages her expertise as the Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Corporation for Development of Women Limited and as Chief Executive Officer of the Tamil Nadu Rural Transformation Project, where she leads the SHG enterprising movement. She is dedicated to fostering the resilience of rural communities and promoting sustainable livelihoods in Tamil Nadu by prioritizing the empowerment of women.

Ms. Shreya P Singh

Executive Director, Tamil Nadu Corporation for Development of Women & Chief Operating Officer, Tamil Nadu Rural Transformation Project; State Mission Director, Urban Livelihood Mission

Shreya P. Singh, IAS, brings a decade of diverse experience to her current roles as Executive Director of the Tamil Nadu Women Development Corporation and State Mission Director of the State Urban Livelihood Mission.

Her distinguished career encompasses pivotal roles, such as Additional Collector in Villupuram and Collector in Namakkal districts, as well as serving as Additional Director of Agriculture for the Government of Tamil Nadu. With a background of working at Infosys prior to joining the service as an IPS officer, she blends corporate insights to her unwavering commitment to public service ever since she joined administrative service. Ms. Shreya’s efforts for water conservation in Namakkal won National Water Awards. She is also the recipient of CM best practices award, Social welfare award and Rural development award.

Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her innovative approach to governance and her efforts in empowering women and enhancing inclusive development in livelihoods space across the state.

Mr. N Aruljothi Arasan

Additional Director, Rural Development / Chief Operating Officer (Project Implementation), Tamil Nadu Rural Transformation Project (TNRTP)

Mr. N. Aruljothi Arasan is the Chief Operating Officer of Tamil Nadu Rural Transformation Project, which works to promote rural enterprise, access to finance and generate employment opportunities for rural SHGs in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. He has over 28 years of experience in the public sector, which includes Project Director (DRDA) in Vellore, Kancheepuram & Salem Districts, General Manager in Aavin at Vellore & Thiruvannamalai Districts and has served in various roles within the Tamil Nadu government.

In his current role at TNRTP, he is responsible for implementing the project’s key interventions under Enterprise Ecosystem Development, Enterprise Business Plan Financing and Skills & Job Opportunities. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration, and a Master's degree in Project Management from Madurai Kamarajar University.

Mr. M Rajesh Kumar

Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Community Skill & Farm Schools, Tamil Nadu Rural Transformation Project (TNRTP)

Mr Rajesh Kumar is a development professional with 8+ years of experience in empowering rural communities through skill development initiatives. Drawing on his past work with the DDU GKY program, he currently serves as the Deputy Chief Operating Officer at TNRTP, spearheading the Community Skill Schools & Community Farm Schools, a community-based skilling initiative of the project, fostering employment generation and empowering rural youth across Tamil Nadu.

With a Master's in Business Administration from Anna University, he excels in project management and stakeholder engagement. He is committed towards improving the lives of rural communities through community-centric approaches that drive growth and resilience.

Mr. Arun G

Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Monitoring & Evaluation, Tamil Nadu Rural Transformation Project (TNRTP)

Mr. G Arun is a development professional with over 8+ years of experience in Human resource management, Procurement & Contract and Project Management. He is currently working as Deputy Chief Operating Officer in TNRTP and looks after the Monitoring and evaluation vertical of the project.

With an MBA in human resource and experience in project management, he brings a unique blend of skills and knowledge to the table. He is committed to driving organizational success through strategic planning, effective leadership, and robust stakeholder engagement.

Mr. Hariharasudhan R

Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Knowledge Management & Communication, Tamil Nadu Rural Transformation Project (TNRTP)

Mr. Hariharasudhan is a communications professional with a decade of experience in business development & communications management in the private and public sector. He has working experience at Chennai Metro Rail Limited, GoTN on business development, non-fare revenue initiatives, OOH, and stakeholder management.

Currently associated with TNRTP as its Deputy Chief Operating Officer, operating the Knowledge Management & Communications wing. He oversees digital presence, media handling, public relations, events, and knowledge management for TNRTP along with procurement & contract management. He holds an MBA from Sona School of Management, Salem.
