Ayushi Jain

Manager- Creatives and People Operations , GDi

Ayushi Jain has over a decade of experience in graphic designing, video documentation & production and strategic dissemination. She has worked with multiple organizations in the social sector across various sectors from education to health. Most recently, she worked with the Centre for Civil Society (CCS), Delhi wherein she was managing the overall audio & video production-including end-to-end management of post-production: recording, editing, and social media placements. A deep interest in understanding developmental challenges and their human impact encourages her to keep pushing her boundaries within the social sector. She holds a Bachelor's in Multimedia and communications from Arunachal University, an Advanced Diploma in 3D Animation, and a Specialised Diploma Certificate in Video Editing. She has also attended training programs in Mobile Journalism and Video Production and Advocacy in Colombo and Delhi. At GDi, Ayushi applies her skills to convey field stories and insights to a growing audience through audio-visual mediums.

Kanika Rohila

Associate Consultant, GDi

Kanika Rohila, an Associate Consultant at GDi Partners, is a dedicated professional and a graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce. At GDi, she has demonstrated her commitment to social impact by spearheading efforts to enhance the holistic child development of children in Jharkhand. Her work involves implementing sustainable initiatives that encompass education, mental health and community engagement, aiming to uplift underprivileged communities.

Pranjal Dhaka

Consultant, GDi

Pranjal Dhaka is a consultant with GDi Partners and for the past one year he has been closely working with the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) in supporting the roll-out of a digital financial accounting and management information system for self-help groups. Prior to joining GDi, he worked with Clinton Health access initiative (CHAI) in supporting multiple state governments to strategically scale-up their screening and treatment programs for cervical pre-cancer. During the height of second wave of Covid-19, he supported the government of Madhya Pradesh in managing the medical oxygen supply chain and procurement of essential medicines which brought him to understand the value of timely data and digitization for efficient governance systems. His earlier experience with Indian political action committee (IPAC) involved developing and implementing hyper-local campaigns across four states. He holds a master’s degree in public policy from National Law school of India University (NLSIU) where his dissertation focused on the role of informal local governance institutions in conflict resolution and peace building.

Preeti is a highly skilled graphic designer with 4 years of dedicated experience in the field. She specializes in creating high-impact social media collaterals for a wide range of events and conferences. Preeti has collaborated with multiple organizations across various sectors, including agriculture and health, demonstrating her versatility and adaptability. For the past 1.5 years, she has been working with GDi partners. Her proficiency in managing client relationships with ease and professionalism highlights her as a crucial asset to any project. Preeti excels in social media management, adept at crafting engaging content that drives audience interaction and enhances brand visibility. Additionally, she is highly skilled in creating vector graphics, which she has effectively utilized in numerous reports and social media campaigns to produce visually stunning and impactful designs.
